Stulie - Collaborative Project Management Board
Project Overview:
Stulie is a project management system for small businesses loved and used by a wide variety of clients. It offers many rich collaborative features that keep team on track to project success.
Goals & Objectives: The primary goal of this project was to fulfill a need a client of mine absolutely needed - a project management board where they can assign their team members tasks and they get notified immediately. Think of it as a tool to help productivity skyrocket which can be used for all businesses of all sizes and even college students who get assigned a project with random fellow peers. I also aimed to address specific challenges such as real time text /email notifications when assigned a task, mobile responsiveness, payment gateway, simplifying the user onboarding process.
Approach & Process:
- Discovery & Research: Began with an in-depth analysis of the current market, identifying areas of improvement and understanding user needs.
- Design/Development Phase: Implemented strategies to keep an agile development process, modern design principles, and specific user personas to go through the workflow of the application.
- Iteration: Conducted user interviews to refine the project based on feedback.
- Launch & Delivery: Ensured a seamless launch and am currently still hosting this project for many to use worldwide.
Outcome & Impact: The project successfully has over 50+ teams with each one giving a positive feedback on how it's helped their team and their use case greatly.
